§431:2-108  Commissioner may delegate. Any power, duty, or function vested in the commissioner by this code may beexercised, discharged, or performed by any employee of the department ofcommerce and consumer affairs acting in the name and by the delegated authorityof the commissioner, with the approval of the director of the department ofcommerce and consumer affairs.
