§431:2-210 Copies and certificates asevidence. (a) Copies of records or documents in the commissioner's officecertified to by the commissioner shall be received as evidence in all courts inthe same manner and to the same effect as if they were the originals.
(b) When required for evidence in court, thecommissioner shall furnish the commissioner's certificate as to the authorityof an insurer or other licensee in this State on any particular date, and thecourt shall receive the certificate in lieu of the commissioner's testimony. [L1987, c 347, pt of §2]
