§431:3-303  Immunity.  In the absence ofactual malice, members of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners,their duly authorized committees, subcommittees, and task forces, theirdelegates, National Association of Insurance Commissioners employees, and allothers charged with the responsibility of collecting, reviewing, analyzing anddisseminating information from the filing of the annual statement conventionblanks shall be acting as agents of the commissioner under the authority ofthis code and will not be subject to civil liability for libel, slander or anyother cause of action by virtue of their collection, review, and analysis ordissemination of the data and information from the filings required hereunder.[L 1987, c 347, pt of §2]
