§431:4-124  Prohibited guaranty.  Nodomestic insurer or its affiliates or subsidiaries shall guarantee thefinancial obligation of any director or officer of such insurer or affiliate orsubsidiary in the director's or officer's personal capacity, and any suchguaranty attempted shall be void.  This prohibition shall not apply toobligations of the insurer under surety bonds or insurance contracts issued inthe regular course of business.
