§431:4-403  Insuring powers of reciprocals. (a)  Upon complying with the provisions of this part, a reciprocal insurer, asdefined in section 431:3-108, may transact any class or classes of insurancedefined by this code, other than life or accident and health or sicknessinsurance.

(b)  A reciprocal insurer may purchasereinsurance upon the risk of any subscriber, and may grant reinsurance as toany class of insurance which it is authorized to transact direct. [L 1987, c347, pt of §2; am L 2003, c 212, §36]
