§431:4-418  Aggregate liability.  No onepolicy or subscriber as to such policy shall be assessed or be charged with anaggregate of contingent liability as to obligations incurred by a domesticreciprocal insurer in any one calendar year, in excess of the number of timesthe premium as stated in the policy, computed solely upon premium earned onsuch policy during that year.
