§431:5-311  Valuation of purchase moneymortgages.  Purchase money mortgages on real property referred to insection 431:5-310 shall be valued in an amount not exceeding the acquisitioncost of the real property covered thereby or ninety per cent of the fair valueof the real property, whichever is less.
