§431:6-501  Investments of foreign, alieninsurers.  The investments of a foreign or alien insurer shall be aspermitted by the laws of its domicile, but shall be of a quality substantiallyas high as those required by this article for similar funds of like domesticinsurers. [L 1987, c 347, pt of §2]
