§431:9-208  Time of examinations.  (a) The commissioner shall give examinations at such times and places within thisState as are reasonably necessary to serve the convenience of both thecommissioner and applicants.

(b)  The commissioner may require a waitingperiod of not more than six months before giving a new examination to anapplicant who has failed to pass two previous similar examinations. [L 1987, c347, pt of §2]
