§431:9-239  Reinstatement or relicensing. The commissioner shall not reinstate the license of or relicense any licenseeor former licensee as to whom a license has been suspended, revoked, orextension refused, until:

(1)  Any cause for the suspension, revocation, orrefusal of such license is no longer existing;

(2)  Any fine levied upon the licensee pursuant tosection 431:9-238 and section 431:9-240 has been fully paid; and

(3)  The commissioner is satisfied that such causesfor the suspension, revocation, or refusal of such license will not reoccur inthe future. [L 1987, c 347, pt of §2; am L 1995, c 232, §16]
