[§431:9A-156]  Course instructors.  (a) The commissioner may deem a continuing education course instructor unqualifiedif the instructor has been subject to suspension, revocation, or otherdisciplinary proceeding in relation to an insurance license or other financialservices license by the State or other jurisdiction.

(b)  A continuing education course providershall give the commissioner access to the employment records of any instructoremployed by the provider.

(c)  A provider shall require the instructor todisplay a photo identification to any insurance division representative whoconducts an official audit during an instruction period. [L 2003, c 55, pt of§1]
