§431:9A-158 - Reporting credit hours and recordkeeping.

§431:9A-158  Reporting credit hoursand recordkeeping.  Continuing education course providers shall:

(1)  Submit course completion information asprescribed by the commissioner to the insurance division within fifteen daysafter the course is completed or the competency examination is scored.  Theinformation shall be transmitted in an electronic form in the format prescribedby the commissioner; and

(2)  Maintain adequate records to verify theattendance and successful course completion pursuant to section 431:9A-125(b).[L 2003, c 55, pt of §1; am L 2006, c 154, §37]
