§432:1-307  Authority to offer death, sick,disability, or other benefits; certificate of existence.  The commissionermay make such examination and require such information from time to time as thecommissioner may deem advisable.  Upon presentation of satisfactory proof thatthe society has complied with this article, and any other applicable law, thecommissioner shall issue to the society a certificate to that effect.  Thecertificate shall be prima facie evidence of the existence of the society as ofthe date of the certificate.  The commissioner shall cause a record of thecertificate to be made and a certified copy of the record may be given inevidence with the same effect as the original certificate.
