§432:1-501  Examination by commissioner,assistance of other officers.  (a)  The powers, authorities, and dutiesrelating to examinations vested in and imposed upon the commissioner underarticle 2 of the insurance code are extended to and imposed upon thecommissioner in respect to examinations of mutual benefit societies.

(b)  The commissioner in the exercise of any ofthe commissioner's functions, powers and duties under this article, may use thestaff or any members of the staff of the commissioner of financial institutionsand may appoint and constitute them as agents for such purpose.
