PART I. STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE

 

§432:2-101  Scope of article.  Thisarticle relates only to fraternal benefit societies, as defined herein, whichdesire to be authorized to pay benefits in accordance with this article afterJuly 10, 1961.  This article shall not apply to prepaid legal service planssubject to chapter 488 even though the plan may be offered by a fraternalbenefit society.
