STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE



 



§432:2-101  Scope of article.  This
article relates only to fraternal benefit societies, as defined herein, which
desire to be authorized to pay benefits in accordance with this article after
July 10, 1961.  This article shall not apply to prepaid legal service plans
subject to chapter 488 even though the plan may be offered by a fraternal
