§435E-17  Minimum indemnity level.  Eachparticipating member shall be covered by such interindemnity arrangement fornot less than $100,000 for each claim and not less than $300,000 annualaggregate of professional negligence, with the terms and conditions of suchcoverage to be specified in the trust agreement.
