§435E-22  Disability of member.  Duringany period in which a participating member, who is then in full compliance withthe trust agreement, has, in the judgment of the board of trustees, becomeunable to perform any and every duty of his or her regular professionaloccupation, the indemnity coverage shall continue for the benefit of suchmember and such member shall not be responsible for assessments levied duringsuch period.
