§435E-28  Meeting of members.  Thereshall be a meeting of all members participating in the interindemnityarrangement, at least annually, after not less than ten days' written noticehas been given, at a location reasonably convenient to the participatingmembers and on a date which is within a reasonable period of time following thedistribution of the annual financial statements.
