§435E-45  Refusal to comply.  In case ofcontumacy by, or refusal to obey a subpoena issued to, any person, the circuitcourt, upon application by the commissioner, may issue to the person an orderrequiring the person to appear before the commissioner or the officerdesignated by the commissioner, there to produce documentary evidence, if soordered, or to give evidence touching the matter under investigation or inquestion.  Failure to obey the order of the court shall be punished by thecourt as a contempt.
