CHAPTER 35

HOSPITALS FOR INDIGENT SICK

31-3505D. Appeal of initial determination denying an application. An applicant or provider may appeal an initial determination of the county commissioners denying an application by filing a written notice of appeal with the county commissioners within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the denial. If no appeal is filed within the time allowed, the initial determination of the county commissioners denying an application shall become final.
