CHAPTER 21

JUNIOR COLLEGES

33-2107B. Powers granted by preceding section in addition to other powers. The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to all powers and authorities heretofore vested by law or by regulation of the State Board of Education in the Board of Trustees of a junior college district and all provisions of Section [sections] 33-2101, 33-2103 to 33-2115, Idaho Code, and any additions or supplements amendatory thereto, shall be applicable to providing the third and fourth year college curriculum within such junior college districts, unless the same are specifically in contradiction with any provision of this Act. Districts exercising the powers herein granted may drop the word "Junior" from their designation.
