RECOUNT OF BALLOTS
34-2302. Precincts specified for recount -- Remittance. In his application he shall state the precinct or precincts in which he desires recount to be made and shall remit to the attorney general together with his application the sum of $100.00 for each such precinct in which he desires a recount made.
