CHAPTER 10

STUMPAGE DISTRICTS

38-1016. Clearing of lands -- Executive powers of board. Said board of stumpage commissioners hereinbefore provided for shall have the exclusive charge of the stumping and clearing of said land in said district which heretofore has been or may be hereinafter organized under the provisions of this title, and shall be the executive officers thereof with full power to bind such district by their acts in the performance of their duties as provided by law.
