CHAPTER 11

BASIC DAY CARE LICENSE

39-1116. Prosecution. [effective until january 1, 2010] It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of the county in which the day care center or group day care facility is located to prosecute violations of the provisions of this chapter.
