CHAPTER 53

ADULT ABUSE, NEGLECT AND EXPLOITATION ACT

39-5309. Coordination of services. Subsequent to the authorization for the provision of reasonable and necessary emergency and support services, the commission or contractor shall initiate a review of each case at reasonable intervals over a reasonable period of time as the commission or contractor deems necessary based upon the circumstances in each individual case to determine whether continuation or modification of the services provided is warranted. A decision to continue the provision of such services should be made in concert with appropriate personnel from state agencies, departments, service providers and others, and shall comply with the consent provisions of this chapter.
