CHAPTER 15

CONSOLIDATION OF HIGHWAY DISTRICTS

40-1508. Separate elections -- Time of holding. [effective until january 1, 2011] An election held under the provisions of this chapter shall be separate and distinct in each of the highway districts and counties affected by the proposed consolidation and shall be held on the same day and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
