TITLE 46

MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS

CHAPTER 11

CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE

46-1140. Number of votes required. (1) No person shall be convicted of any offense, except by the concurrence of at least three-fourths (3/4) of the members.

(2) All sentences shall be determined by the concurrence of at least three-fourths (3/4) of the members.
