46-1202. Idaho statewide interoperability executive council. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012] There is hereby created in the military division the Idaho statewide interoperability executive council to provide policy level direction and promote efficient and effective use of resources for matters related to public safety wireless radio interoperability.
