50-468. Tie votes. [effective until january 1, 2011. See section 50-413 for version effective january 1, 2011.] In case of a tie vote between candidates, the city clerk shall give notice to the interested candidates to appear before the council at a meeting to be called within six (6) days at which time the city clerk shall determine the tie by a toss of a coin.
