MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS

50-470. Certificates of elections. [effective until january 1, 2011. See section 50-415 for version effective january 1, 2011.] A certificate of election for each elected city official or appointee to fill such position shall be made under the corporate seal by the city clerk, signed by the mayor and clerk, and presented to such officials at the time of subscribing to the oath of office.
