CHAPTER 15

OPTOMETRISTS

54-1520. Qualifications of applicants. Every applicant for license to practice optometry shall be a person of good moral character, more than twenty-one (21) years of age, and shall present his certificate of graduation or diploma, or a certified true copy of his certificate of graduation or diploma, from an accredited college or university of optometry which meets with the requirements set out in the rules and regulations of the state board of optometry.
