PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES

CHAPTER 8

COSMETICIANS

54-836. Counsel -- Court action. The attorney general of this state or any assistant designated by him shall act as legal advisor to the board and shall prosecute in the name of the state of Idaho, in any court within the state of Idaho, any action which is deemed advisable or necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter; but nothing herein shall be construed to relieve the prosecuting attorneys of the respective counties from their responsibility to prosecute violations constituting criminal offenses as the same are declared to be such by the provisions of this chapter.
