CHAPTER 57

DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

67-5753. Microfilming services. The director of administration shall develop a microfilming facility to provide microfilming services to state agencies when, in his judgment, such a facility would be in the best interests of the state. Microfilming equipment and related equipment under the control of other state agencies at the time of this development shall become the property of the department of administration at the direction of the director of administration.

The director of administration shall provide storage for inactive records at the request of state agencies.
