PROCEDURES

72-721. Rules for safety -- Protective appliances. The commission is empowered to require all employers to adopt rules which have been approved by it for the protection and safety of employees and for preventing the contraction of occupational diseases; to require all employers to keep such rules posted in conspicuous places in and about the premises; and to require employers to install, use or adopt such protective or safety appliances as the commission may deem necessary for the protection of the employees.
