(110 ILCS 65/5) (from Ch. 144, par. 2855) Sec. 5. Requirement. All gasoline burning motor vehicles owned or leased by any State college or university shall be equipped to operate on ethanol blended gasoline as defined in Section 3‑40 of the Use Tax Act and are required to be operated on ethanol blended gasoline whenever ethanol blended gasoline is available.
