(20 ILCS 3020/9999) Sec. 9999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009, except that the changes to Sections 15‑102, 15‑107, 15‑111, 15‑112, 15‑113, 15‑306, 15‑307, and 16‑105 of the Illinois Vehicle Code take effect January 1, 2010; but this Act does not take effect at all unless House Bill 312 of the 96th General Assembly, as amended, becomes law.
