ARTICLE 11. OFFENSES AND PENALTIES

    Sec. 11‑1. Offenses and penalties. Any person who violates the provisions of Sections 3‑9, 3‑10, 5‑11 or 5‑12 (b) of this Act is guilty of a Business Offense.

    Sec. 11‑2. Perjury. Any person who knowingly and wilfully makes a false statement under any oath or affirmation provided for in this Act, or in any document required to be executed by this Act, or anyone who shall by any means procure or suborn any other person to do so, is guilty of perjury and upon conviction shall be subject to the same punishment as is or may be provided by law for perjury.

    Sec. 11‑4. Subsequent offenses. (a) Any person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this Act is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
    (b) For purposes of this Section, an offense is considered a second or subsequent offense if, prior to this conviction of the offense, the offender has at any time been convicted under this Act or under any law of the United States relating to savings and loan associations or of any state relating to savings and loan associations.
