Federally insured financial institution instruments
Sec. 1. In all cases where it is required by law that a certifiedcheck be submitted in conjunction with the submission of bids onpublic contracts, it is lawful to submit a draft, cashiers check, ormoney order issued by a financial institution insured by an agency ofthe United States.
