Chapter 2. Legal Actions Involving Township Trustee
IC 12-20-2-1
Township as real party in interest
Sec. 1. A suit or proceeding in favor of or against a township
trustee concerning township assistance shall be conducted in favor
of or against the township in the township's corporate name.
