Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to attorney's fees.

Assessment of fee
Sec. 2. Only the midwest interstate low-level radioactive waste
commission or the host state (as defined in IC 13-11-2-103) may
assess a fee allowed under IC 13-29-1.
