IC 13-30-8-1
Forfeiture of vehicle used to illegally transport hazardous waste
Sec. 1. A vehicle that is used to transport hazardous waste in the
commission of an offense described in IC 13-30-10-1.5 is subject to
forfeiture under IC 34-24-1.
