Chapter 1. Creation of Department
IC 14-9-1-1
Creation of department
Sec. 1. The department of natural resources is created. The
department consists of the following:
(1) The director.
(2) Four (4) deputy directors.
(3) Other personnel necessary for the performance of the
functions imposed upon the department.
