Chapter 4. Cooperative Efforts of State Department of Health and
Other State Agencies

Availability of state health department facilities and personnel
Sec. 1. The professional, technical, and administrative facilities
and personnel of the state department shall be made available to
other agencies of state government upon request of the appropriate
administrative authority of the other agencies.

Facilities and personnel available to state health department
Sec. 2. Upon the request of the local board of health and the
commissioner of the state department, the professional, technical,
and administrative facilities and personnel of other agencies of state
government shall be made available by those other agencies to the
state department.
