Chapter 2. Oaths to Witnesses Before Committees
IC 2-4-2-1
Administration of oaths
Sec. 1. The chairman, or acting chairman for the time being, ofany committee appointed by either house or by the joint action of thetwo (2) houses, of the general assembly of this state be and is herebyauthorized to administer all oaths necessary to be administered towitnesses testifying or called to testify before such committee.
