IC 4-34-4-1
Report on use of money
Sec. 1. Not later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the end
of each state fiscal year, the budget agency shall provide the general
assembly, members of the state budget committee, and the governor
with a report as to the use of the money in the fund during the
previous state fiscal year. A report provided under this section to the
general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
