Lieutenant governor as secretary of agriculture and rural
development
Sec. 1. The lieutenant governor serves as secretary of agriculture
and rural development by virtue of office.

Sec. 2. The secretary is responsible for implementation of the
following:
(1) IC 4-4-9.7.
(2) IC 15-11.
