29A.38 SERIOUS MISDEMEANORS.
Any officer or enlisted person of the national guard who knowingly
makes any false certificate of muster or false return of federal or
state property or funds in the officer's or enlisted person's
possession shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Section History: Early Form
