29A.48 COMMITMENT AND FINES.
In default of payment of any fine imposed by any military court
acting under martial law, the offender may be committed to any county
jail designated by any court of this state for a period equal to one
day for each three dollars of fine imposed and unpaid. Section History: Early Form
