        13A.1  DEFINITIONS.
         As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires:
         1.  "Coordinator" means the prosecuting attorneys training
      coordinator.
         2.  "Council" means the prosecuting attorneys training
      coordination council.
         3.  "Office" means the office of prosecuting attorneys
      training coordinator established in this chapter.
         4.  "Prosecuting attorneys" means county attorney, district
      attorney, or any attorney charged with responsibility of prosecution
      of violation of state laws.
