7E.7 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.
For organizational purposes only, the following apply:
1. The Iowa higher education loan authority shall be attached to
the college student aid commission.
2. The Iowa advance funding authority shall be considered part of
the department of education. The department of education may provide
staff assistance and administrative support to the authority. Section History: Recent Form
